About me

I’ve spent the past six years creating content to support customers and CX teams, guided by my years of experience helping customers myself. But even before I formally joined a writing team, I assisted with content projects, wrote and presented original training content, and implemented unique community-building events to bring my co-workers together.

These days my time is spent researching, writing, strategizing, and collaborating. My current focuses are establishing content creation and maintenance processes for teams creating their own documentation and streamlining existing processes for content creation and design.

Lately, it has become increasingly difficult to focus on work that doesn’t actively benefit the climate — a feeling I know many people can relate to. Technical writing is a versatile skill that translates well into many areas, but I know I have some skill-building to do before I can pivot my career path.
